Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how SaminaZ Collections uses cookies and similar technologies, what each type does, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies — such as local storage and pixels — work in comparable ways. Together they let a site remember your cart, keep you signed in, stay secure, and (with your permission) understand how the site is used.

2. Your Consent

When you first visit, we ask for your choice before setting any analytics or marketing cookies. Essential cookies do not require consent because the store cannot work without them. You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page.

3. Cookies We Use

Essential (always active)

Required for the store to function. These do not track you for advertising.

  • Shopping cart and wishlist — remembers the items you selected
  • Sign-in session — keeps you securely logged in to your account
  • Security — protects checkout and forms against cross-site request forgery, and supports Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection
  • Your cookie choice — remembers the consent decision you made, so we do not ask again
  • Site performance — keeps content fresh and loading quickly

Analytics (only with your consent)

Help us understand which products and pages are useful so we can improve the store. Data is used in aggregate.

  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — page and product views, traffic sources
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-friendly performance and traffic measurement
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymised usage insights, where enabled

Marketing (only with your consent)

Used to measure and improve our advertising, and to show more relevant ads.

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — measures results from our ads
  • Advertising click identifiers — attribute a visit or order to the ad you clicked

Not every tool listed above is active at all times — some are enabled only when we are running a specific campaign or measurement tool.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by the services we rely on — for example Stripe (fraud prevention during payment), Google (Sign-In and Analytics), Cloudflare (security and performance) and Meta (advertising measurement). These providers handle that data under their own privacy policies.

5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a private-browsing mode. Please note that blocking essential cookies will break core features such as your cart, sign-in and checkout.

6. Do Not Track

Browsers may send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is still no common standard for how sites must respond, we rely on the cookie-consent choice you make on our banner, which you can change at any time.

7. Changes

We will update this policy when the tools we use change. The "Last updated" date below shows the current version.

8. Questions

Ask us anything about cookies or privacy through our Contact page.
