Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item or request a refund.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags and packaging. (Edit this window to match your policy.)
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: please report within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale or clearance items, intimate wear, and custom or made-to-order pieces (unless faulty).
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via the Contact page with your invoice number and reason.
  2. We'll confirm the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method (card refunds via Stripe) within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For a different size or colour, contact us — exchanges are subject to availability.
