Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item or request a refund.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags and packaging. (Edit this window to match your policy.)
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: please report within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final-sale or clearance items, intimate wear, and custom or made-to-order pieces (unless faulty).
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via the Contact page with your invoice number and reason.
- We'll confirm the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method (card refunds via Stripe) within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For a different size or colour, contact us — exchanges are subject to availability.
